Lipoma are non cancerous, soft, movable accumulation of fat cells usually found in fatty areas of body like arms, abdomen, upper back, shoulders, neck regions. They commonly happen to fatty person who regularly do hard work or to lean persons fatty areas that are prone to flexion and abduction. Even mostly people with regular weight lifting and gym freaks have more chances to develop lipomas, on their upper body parts. Regular walkers and swimmers also develop lipomas on their lower body parts.

Kapha is a prime dosha responsible for the cell growth. Vata dosha is the factor which is responsible to carry kapha dosha to the different regions of the body as needed for the repair of the tissue as well as for any sort of normal cell growth. This vata when aggravated, mostly by different severe kind of pull and push excercises or may be it may anuvanshika – genetic tends to scary excessive growth factors to the muscular tissues and the fatty tissues of the skin. When this kapha dosa is supported by the irregular lifestyle and food and sleeping habits, tends to accurately grow more. This growth in latter stage becomes a lipoma or medo vidradhi.
